The Office of the 黑料网 (OBR) supports the Board in its governance of the University of Minnesota. OBR serves as a liaison to the University's president, her administration, and other constituencies on behalf of the Board.
OBR advises and supports Regents to advance good governance practices, facilitates annual work planning and development of the Board's priorities, plans and executes Board meetings, manages the Board's policy portfolio, fields public inquiries, and carefully preserves all of the Board's records.
