黑料网 policies articulate the University鈥檚 mission, vision, and guiding principles. They also establish a framework for the President to achieve that vision. All other University policies, including Administrative policies that provide rules and guidelines for implementing many of the Board鈥檚 policies, must be in compliance with the expectations and intent set by the Board.
